Earth Day

People in the United States and around the world celebrated in the month of April, the beauty of nature, our rivers and mountains and wildlife. The originalEarth Day was inspired by founder Gaylord Nelson, former u.s. Senator from Wisconsin, after the devastation of the massive oil spill, 1969 in Santa Barbara, California. Change in this era of protests against war and social injustice, to demand millions of a rally in us on the first day of the Earth. Burning rivers, mountains, clear and disappearing kinds of furious citizens that were charged across the nation and asked for change. This public demonstration of love of nature brought protection agency and the passage of clean air, clean water and endangered species acts to the creation of the environment.
